Therapy provided for adults, teens and children addressing issues such as anxiety, depression and OCD.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured intervention that examines the relationship between our emotions (feelings), thoughts (our perception about what is happening), and our corresponding behaviors (how we act).
ERP involves two main components: exposure and response prevention. Exposure means gradually confronting situations, thoughts, or objects that trigger anxiety. Response prevention involves consciously choosing not to engage in compulsive behaviors or rituals after a trigger.

Anxiety is a natural human emotion that everyone experiences from time to time. It’s a feeling of unease, worry, or fear, often related to an upcoming event or something with an uncertain outcome.
Depression is more than just feeling sad; it’s a serious mood disorder that can significantly impact every aspect of your life.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is more than just being neat or particular; it’s a complex mental health condition characterized by a cycle of unwanted thoughts and fears (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors (compulsions) performed to alleviate that distress.
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects millions of people, both children and adults.
